Our Process
Due to the fact that the smoke odor seems to be propagated throughout the interior of the property, we recommend an air sanitizing treatment which would work to combat and eliminate the musty odor by treating the source of prevalent micro organisms in order to eliminate the musty odor at the source.
The treatment is done in a 24 hr period, during which time the house is to be completely closed. The system used is a vapor treatment method, which will circulate throughout the ventilation system, in order to treat ducts as well as each of the rooms in the house. During the treatment, a professional dehumidifier will continuously run.
After the 24 hr vapor treatment, the property will be aired out leaving a temporary slight clean scent (similar to the scent of a pool).
This is the ideal treatment method as it leaves no chemical residue upon completion and it is superior to any other treatments due to its extremely small size of molecules, which can effectively reach the odor source in small areas where other methods are ineffective.
